Join our dynamic team as an HR Records Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting an i-9 audit project. You will be responsible for organizing and collecting electronic files, ensuring compliance for 450 employees, and updating tracking sheets using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organize and collect electronic HR files.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of i-9 forms for 450 employees.
• Update and maintain tracking sheets in Excel.
• Provide audit support for employment verification processes.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

This is a project-based role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible, with hours from Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 5 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM. This contract is expected to last between 8 to 12 weeks. Successful performance may open doors for future opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
