LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an accounting clerk for an automotive client in the West Chester, Oh area. Ideal candidates will have a strong combination of accounting and administrative experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $18 and $22 / hr. depending on experience.

Duties :

• Processes automotive deal paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Reviews and verifies sales contracts, finance documents, and related records for completeness
• Posts vehicle sales, purchases, and trade-ins to accounting systems
• Coordinates with sales, finance, and management teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information
• Prepares and submits title and registration paperwork to appropriate agencies
• Reconciles deal funding, deposits, and payments with bank statements and internal records
• Maintains organized files for all deal documents and supports audits as needed
• Assists with month-end closing activities and reporting related to deal transactions
• Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding deal status and documentation
• Utilizes dealership management software and accounting systems to track and process transactions efficiently
