You're a hand-on veterinary technician who thrives in the middle of the action- the kind of person who can juggle patient care, mentor teammates, and still greet clients with a smile. You love helping others grow, finding better ways to get things done, and keeping the hospital running smoothly.

• What You'll Do
• Jump in as a full member of the technician team-assisting in treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and supporting patient care.
• Keep the hospital flowing efficiently by coordinating daily tasks, anticipating needs, and helping the team stay one step ahead
• support, coach, and inspire your fellow techs and assistants leading by example and encouraging teamwork.
• Partner closely with veterinarians and client service staff to create a seamless experience for patients and pet owners.
• Bring a service first mindset to every interaction, ensuring clients feel heard, informed, and cared for.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes, communication, and team morale.
• What You Bring
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT required) with experience minimum 3 yrs.
• A leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
