Job Title: HR Manager (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $85000 - $100000 / year (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We’re currently networking with strategic and hands-on HR Managers interested in contract and contract-to-hire positions in the DFW area. These roles involve leading HR initiatives, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring compliance while driving a positive employee experience. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven ability to lead HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience in fast-paced or mid-sized environments a plus
