Work You'll Do

As a senior manager, you will lead innovative logistics and distribution transformations for global clients, leveraging advanced technologies such as automation, AI, IoT, and robotics. You will advise executives on modernizing supply chain strategies, orchestrate large-scale digital projects, and drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies. You will manage solution delivery, from process design to deployment, and establish performance metrics to ensure impactful results. Additionally, you will develop new service offerings, build strategic partnerships, and position the firm as a thought leader by producing industry insights and presenting at key forums. Your expertise will span warehouse automation, smart transportation, and cloud-based logistics platforms, with a strong focus on emerging trends and sustainability.

Qualifications Required

Required qualifications / experience :

• 10+ years warehousing experience in process improvement, layout, and / or management
• 8+ years of experience implementing WMS technology solutions (solution design, install, configuration, setup, and upgrades) : Manhattan Associates and / or BlueYonder
• 5+ years experience in leading WMS implementations including program management, design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live
• 5+ years of WMS implementation experience in a consulting environment
• Consulting experience
• Experience with proposals
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,700 to $292,100.
