Automation Personnel Services is looking for a customer-driven and detail-oriented Front Office Associate for a local company based in Robertsdale. We believe every great project starts with a great first impression. As our Front Office Associate, you'll be the welcoming voice and organized mind that keeps our operations running smoothly. Pay Rate : $16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm.

Front Office Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls, emails and front desk inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative documentation
• Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and internal communications
• Support office staff with clerical tasks and scheduling
• Ensure the front remains organized, clean, and efficient

Job Type : Full-Time Temporary to Hire
