HIRING TIMELINE

• Initial phone screens will begin the week of November 10th, 2025, followed by first-round interviews starting the week of November 17th, 2025.
• Select candidates will be invited to submit a writing sample by mid-December.
• Final round interviews will take place in early January, and final decisions will be communicated shortly thereafter.

The Analyst Program : The three-year Analyst Program is designed to provide hands-on experience in emerging markets entrepreneurship and venture capital. Throughout the three years, participants will have opportunities to spend time in our markets through an “immersion program” or at one of Endeavor’s global hubs (including London, Singapore, and Dubai). At the conclusion of the program, Analysts may have the opportunity to continue their career within Endeavor or transition externally (past Selection team members have gone on to roles in VC or at high-growth tech companies).

This role is based predominantly in New York City and reports directly to the Manager of Entrepreneur Selection.

About the role :

Endeavor’s mission of building entrepreneurial ecosystems begins with identifying and selecting the fastest-growing, most aspirational founders and businesses. The Entrepreneur Selection team oversees Endeavor’s worldwide pipeline strategy and evaluates candidate entrepreneurs at the final stages of the selection journey. As an Analyst on this team, you will evaluate a wide variety of companies progressing through the candidate pipeline, and prepare in-depth written profiles on key business elements, including the product, market opportunity, and growth strategy. You will also work with our team on strategic and operational projects, while building an understanding of Endeavor’s markets.

You will work directly with founders and CEOs of high-growth scaleups, as well as with colleagues from around the world, to understand and present businesses across a wide variety of sectors including - but certainly not limited to - enterprise software, fintech, digital health, logistics, e-commerce, and sustainability.

In addition to candidate company analysis, you will also be responsible for analysis of trends of entrepreneurial activity across Endeavor’s 35+ markets, as well as the collaborative execution of monthly International Selection Panels (ISPs). During ISPs, we gather select business leaders from Endeavor’s worldwide network - top founders, investors, and operators alike - to evaluate entrepreneur candidates on their fit with Endeavor's selection criteria. ISPs take place both virtually and in-person, with the potential for travel opportunities for staff - recent ISPs have taken place in Dubai, Warsaw, and Cambridge; with five exciting destinations planned for 2026!
