Facilities Call Center Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Call Center Supervisor to oversee our grave shift operations, from 10pm to 7am, Tuesday through Saturday. This position involves planning, developing, implementing, managing, and coordinating activities and staff in partnership with various business units. You will have the opportunity to make decisions based on experience and data, leveraging a team approach to deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires substantial responsibility, including interviewing and recommending new hires, providing training, evaluating performance, and managing personnel actions. This position is based in Menlo Park, CA, but may involve visiting other medical facilities call center sites around the San Francisco Bay Area.

Work Environment :
This role involves frequent sitting, occasional walking and standing, with some bending, squatting, and hand use. The physical demands include occasional lifting up to 10 lbs, with seldom lifting of heavier weights. The work environment may include seldom walking on uneven ground and exposure to excessive noise. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menlo Park, CA.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $64.60 - $90.94 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
