Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern, scalable data architecture solutions within the Azure ecosystem . The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-wide data modernization initiatives , ensuring the highest standards of data quality, security, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Power BI, Synapse, ADF).

Lead data modernization efforts, including migration to data lakehouse , data mesh , or data fabric architectures.

Develop robust data models, ETL pipelines, and integration frameworks to support analytics and business intelligence.

Define and enforce data governance, quality, and security policies , including RBAC and data classification.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with enterprise data management standards and Azure security best practices .

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering .

Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric , including OneLake, Power BI, Synapse, and ADF.

Strong understanding of data lakehouse, data mesh, and data fabric concepts.

Proven ability to design and optimize SQL databases and ETL processes .

Hands-on experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., RBAC, Microsoft Purview).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
