As the HR Manager, you'll be a trusted strategic partner to site leadership, driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll lead with empathy and vision, helping shape a culture where people thrive. You will provide human resource leadership, strategic partnership, coaching, and development to operational leaders and employees to accomplish operational objectives. You will deliver HR programs and solutions to support long-term and short-term business goals. Establish a culture of positive employee relations where all leaders and employees are engaged in the success of the business.
