As a Security Officer - Government Facility Screener in Rockville, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Perform entry point screening of individuals entering the location, following site-specific policies and procedures to help maintain a secure environment.Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with directions and information as needed.Monitor for prohibited items and / or unauthorized individuals, and respond appropriately according to established protocols.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary.Maintain detailed logs and reports of screening activity and any incidents that arise during the shift.Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and local authorities as required to address security-related concerns.Support emergency response activities at the location in accordance with established guidelines.What We're Looking For :
