Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily administrative and logistic operations of Perfect Pointe Music and Dance Studios, in accordance with Perfect Pointe’s mission, vision, and values. The Operations Manager will directly oversee the performance, efficiencies, and satisfaction of all administrative staff, and work with the Executive Director, Dance Program Director, and other members of the Leadership Team to ensure the smooth daily operations of the studio. The Operations Manager will analyze the company’s organizational processes and find ways to enhance employees’ work quality and productivity while building operational policies and strategies to keep the organization functioning smoothly.

The Operations Manager shall be responsible for regular communication with and between the studio administrative team, other members of the Leadership Team, and for facilitating communication with students and families, to further the studio’s overall vision, mission, and goals. The Operations Manager will work with the Executive Director and other members of the Leadership Team to plan for the studio’s future and work towards agreed-upon goals.

Successful Candidates must be willing and able to work at multiple studio locations (currently Springfield and Arlington) as well as remotely, should be highly self-motivated and organized, with experience creating and implementing systems and processes, as well as managing a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have previous experience in a dance studio or similar setting, be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism with students, parents, and co-workers, be an excellent communicator (both in person and via electronic forms of communication), and be passionate about helping to provide a positive and supportive "third-space" in our community. Salary : $75,000-$90,000 commensurate with experience.
