EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

Bachelors Degree

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

Must have at least two years work experience

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A Data Analyst II performs but is not limited to the following duties :

Performs all the duties of a Data Analyst.

Provides on-the-job training for new personnel.

Ensures Data Analysts personnel meet periodic training requirements.

Provides on-site quality assurance and quality control of work performed by Data Analyst personnel.

Conducts validation and verification of case files and case data system.

Reviews data and information from multiple sources.

Establishes case / project files.

Enters and retrieves data from data bases.

Prepares and formats management reports and data analytics.

Manipulates transfers computes and prints information.

Creates and manipulates spreadsheets.

Drafts correspondence as directed.
