About the role

The Junior Full Stack Engineer supports the design, development, and maintenance of Pear Suite's software applications. This role focuses on learning and applying best practices in software engineering, contributing to new and existing features, and growing technical proficiency under the guidance of senior engineers.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop new features and functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable code using established best practices.
• Test and debug applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and learn to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Maintain and update documentation related to assigned work.
• Support deployment and cloud environment management under supervision.
• Learn and apply secure coding standards and data privacy requirements (including HIPAA).
