Position : SAP SD

Location : Austin, TX Hybrid

Duration : Long Term

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration : Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure the SAP SD module to support order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

Implementation & Testing : Oversee the deployment of SAP SD solutions, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting to ensure the solution meets business objectives.

Integration : Ensure the effective integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules (like MM, FI, PP) and third-party applications.

Training & Support : Provide end-user training and offer ongoing support, including resolving incidents and addressing enhancement requests.

Documentation : Prepare functional design documents, configuration guides, test cases, and user manuals to support the implementation and ongoing use of the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP SD Expertise : In-depth knowledge of the SAP SD module, including core functionalities and complex configurations.

Business Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of the order-to-cash (O2C) process and sales and distribution workflows.

Experience :

Proven experience with at least one full-cycle SAP SD implementation is often a requirement.

Certifications : SAP SD module certification is a preferred qualification
