Job Summary : This position is responsible to assure that a high quality and safe product is produced and baked.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible to set up and test all equipment.
- Responsible to set up new baking programs.
- Responsible to monitor oven temperature and product appearance.
- Responsible to set up and verify printer.
- Responsible to complete the required production paperwork.
- Responsible to train new candidates.
- Responsible to report to the supervisor or manager when machine repairs are needed to prevent downtime.
- Responsible to notify line lead, supervisors or manager on non- conforming products.
- Responsible to keep the area clean.
- Responsible to report to the supervisor or manager any type of accident or incidents.
- Availability to work different shifts
Food Safety Responsibilities
- All employees are required to immediately report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues they observe to their supervisor
- Monitors and enforces cGMPs
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs
Physical Requirement :
- Frequently lift and / or carry up to 50 Lbs.
