HVAC Field Supervisor

We are currently looking to add a Field Supervisor at our Stevens location to the Team!
Job Summary : You will be training entry level technicians beginning in the trade, providing continuous training to experienced technicians, offering technical support to field personnel and assisting with troubleshooting techniques.
Pay : $80k-$100k- Depending on Experience

Essential Duties :
Responsible for developing entry level techniciansSupporting less experienced technicians through remote phone and video technologyField technical support phone calls from Service Techs in the fieldAssists technicians with major, unusual or difficult assignments and / or problems. Conducts quality-control review of assessments of completed work performed to ensure work is performed in accordance with company practices and processes, expected workmanship, and efficiency and effectiveness.Trains employees on technical skills, company processes and procedures, and safety rules and practices.Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Job site visits as required to field support our technicians with trouble shootingParticipate in company and factory provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.Ability to deliver technical training in a classroom environmentRequirements :
10+ years of HVAC residential service experienceComplete understanding of refrigerant circuits and basic electricStrong trouble shooting skills to include electrical and mechanical systemsGood interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-taskMust possess a high level of customer serviceAble to work within a team environmentStrong PC skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, WordEPA certification requiredNATE certification preferred
