Are you a hands-on HR professional ready to make an impact in the construction industry? We’re hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing workforce of 100+ employees across multiple sites. This is a newly created role with a well-established construction company offering long-term stability and growth.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades (laborers, drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, etc.)
• Manage onboarding, benefits, and workers’ comp
• Handle employee relations across job sites
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
• Maintain certifications, training records, and personnel files
• Support payroll coordination and HR reporting
