• www.luxfercylinders.com www.luxfer.com Position Summary Under the direction of the Director of Innovation and Engineering, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the Engineering team and overseeing the engineering activities related to capital expenditure, the manufacturing of composite cylinders, and automation of the manufacturing process.
• This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to drive performance, innovation, and safety within the manufacturing environment.

The position is based at the Luxfer Riverside, CA facility.  Essential Functions of the Job Leadership and Team Management :

Education / Training Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) Proven experience (7+ years) in engineering management within a manufacturing environment Proven experience (7+ years) in automation systems and manufacturing processes Proven experience (7+ years) in developing, managing, and implementing capital expenditure plans Compensation Range :
