Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivatedIT Managerto oversee and improve the organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing networks, implementing cloud-based and on-premises solutions, supporting internal teams, and working cross-functionally. A proactive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including Cisco and Ubiquiti / UniFi systems.
• Oversee IT setup and support for new office locations.
• Implement and maintain IT security and data backup policies based on industry best practices.
• Support and manage cloud and hybrid environments (AWS and / or Azure).
• Supervise the internal help desk system, ensuring timely resolution of IT support tickets.
• Collaborate with different departments to align IT solutions with operational needs.
• Track IT projects, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with external vendors to maintain and improve IT services.
• Document and improve internal IT processes and workflows.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (nationally or internationally) based on business needs.

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Location : In-Office Position - Travel required (50% Between Mexico and Miami)
