Key Responsibilities

Analyze and process complex unemployment claims, managing them towards timely resolution

Represent the company at administrative unemployment compensation hearings as needed

Monitor benefits due, ensuring accuracy in payment calculations and state filings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Three years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required

In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, laws, and cost containment principles

Professional certification as applicable to line-of-business preferred

Licenses as required
