Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team in managing the admissions process for high school and college student recruitment

Design and execute recruitment strategies to grow and diversify the applicant pool

Develop and organize a strong student leadership network to enhance engagement and impact

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years experience in people management and team development

Strong program and project management skills with a proven track record

Experience in outreach and marketing, particularly with younger audiences

Direct experience working with youth or student populations
