As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a logistics and distribution location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and attention to detail. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or address concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols. Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access. Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and the Allied Universal operations center as needed. Document all activities, incidents, and irregularities in accordance with site requirements. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
