Job Details

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain the company’s quality procedures, standard specifications, creating and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
• Manage the workflow and assignments of the quality technicians.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality assurance processes and solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
• Lead problem solving meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives, working to eliminate waste and improve quality, utilizing lean philosophies and 5S’s tools.
• Calibrate tools in accordance with AAE and industry standards.
• Complete quality documentation as required.
