Base pay range : $185,000.00 / yr – $210,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus and Stock options

Controller – Global Manufacturing / Sensor Technology

Location : Hybrid (Preferred : San Jose, CA or Greater Bay Area)

A leading global sensor technology and advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead financial operations for one of its innovative business units. This is a critical leadership role responsible for financial reporting, business analytics, and driving operational excellence in a decentralized, international environment.

About the Role

The Controller will oversee all financial and accounting functions, partner closely with cross‑functional leaders, and serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager. Responsibilities include financial planning, cost accounting, internal controls, and driving performance improvements across the business :

• Lead and manage all finance, accounting, and MIS activities including AP / AR, payroll, billing, cost accounting, credit & collections
• Ensure integrity of financial data through strong internal controls
• Prepare and submit required financial statements and government filings
• Manage financial close, forecasting, budgeting, capital improvements, and strategic planning processes
• Deliver timely business analytics and reporting to guide decision‑making and performance improvements
• Translate operational results into clear financial insights and recommendations
• Direct IT‑related initiatives that support business efficiency and data accuracy
• Drive programs to achieve controllable cash‑flow targets and industry‑leading financial performance
• Serve as a key business partner to the General Manager and leadership team, supporting strategic goals
• Collaborate with international finance teams; domestic and international travel required
