The Kitchen Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen, restaurant and bar equipment.
Duties:
Working with and diagnosing electrical, water/steam, and natural gas systems.
Installing and maintaining equipment.
Constant awareness of safety concerns, reporting any issues immediately.
Maintain a record of preventative and repair maintenance conducted.
Annual completion of Respirator training and fit test.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, G.E.D., or trade school/experience equivalent required.
Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting.
Be organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
