CONTROLLER PART TIME - REMOTE Fusco Personnel is searching for a part-time controller to work remotely for a growing client in the commercial property & casualty insurance space. QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field CPA preferred but not required Expert level Excel and QuickBooks skills Strong background in the P&C insurance industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data across business units Previous experience providing financial management for a start-up entity DUTIES Perform all general ledger activities, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, to ensure accuracy and efficiency Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Mitigate financial risks through proactive management and oversight. Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and forecasts that align with business goals. SALARY : $60-70 / hr.
