Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources & Administration Director :

- Empower departmental Directors with expert guidance on talent management strategies that turbocharge organizational goals

- Supercharge employee benefits and payroll systems, ensuring every team member feels valued and appreciated

- Navigate the complex maze of employment laws and regulations with agility and finesse, ensuring our organization operates at the pinnacle of legal compliance
- Design and deliver electrifying employee training programs that ignite passion and drive success

- Masterfully orchestrate coordination with external partners for background checks and verifications, ensuring a seamless and secure process

Requirements of the Human Resources & Administration Director :
- Bachelor's degree in organizational management, human resources, or related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- SHRM-CP certification required within six months of hire
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office 365
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Familiarity with employment law and best practices
- Capability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
