Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources & Administration Director :

  • Spearhead and ignite the HR department, driving it to new heights of efficiency and effectiveness

  • Empower departmental Directors with expert guidance on talent management strategies that turbocharge organizational goals

  • Supercharge employee benefits and payroll systems, ensuring every team member feels valued and appreciated
  • Elevate employee performance evaluations to a thrilling new level, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement
  • Navigate the complex maze of employment laws and regulations with agility and finesse, ensuring our organization operates at the pinnacle of legal compliance
  • Design and deliver electrifying employee training programs that ignite passion and drive success
  • Navigate the choppy waters of disciplinary matters and conflict resolution with confidence and resolve, restoring harmony and productivity
  • Masterfully orchestrate coordination with external partners for background checks and verifications, ensuring a seamless and secure process
  • Field inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors with lightning-fast responsiveness and a personal touch, leaving a lasting impression of excellence and care

Requirements of the Human Resources & Administration Director :

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational management, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • SHRM-CP certification required within six months of hire
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office 365
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Familiarity with employment law and best practices
  • Capability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
