Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney –| $160k–$225k BASE SALARY| - Philadelphia, PA

This posting reflects ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms continue to strengthen their litigation teams.

We’re connecting with attorneys in the 3–7 year range who have strong experience handling commercial, contract, or business disputes in state or federal court and are open to confidential conversations about lateral opportunities.

Responsibilities

Handle discovery, motion practice, and depositions for complex business disputes

Draft pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

Collaborate with partners on case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Pennsylvania bar admission required (Delaware admission a plus)

3–7 years of commercial, business, or general litigation experience

Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$160,000 – $225,000 base salary , depending on firm size and experience

Most firms offer annual bonuses, hybrid flexibility, and full benefits.
