People Services Operations Manager

A company is looking for a People Services Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the people services team, ensuring efficient delivery of payroll, benefits, and HRIS management

Lead a team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve complex employee issues

Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all HR service delivery aspects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in people services operations

At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role

Understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards

Experience with HRIS and data management
