Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RCM Customer Service Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team in Clearwater, FL. This role is responsible for providing compassionate and efficient support to patients, managing inquiries related to billing, coding, claims processing, and reimbursement. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for patient billing and RCM-related inquiries.

Provide professional and timely responses via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Troubleshoot and resolve patient concerns, escalating as necessary.

Collaborate with billing, coding, and account management teams.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on open issues.

Monitor satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the patient experience.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

3+ years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in healthcare or RCM.

Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and claims processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Experience with CRM systems (preferred).

Ability to work onsite at the Clearwater, FL office.

Regular, predictable attendance required.

Ability to sit for extended periods, perform computer-based tasks, and work in moderate office noise.

Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, and use hands / fingers for computer and phone tasks.

Close vision required for computer work.
