Bilingual Customer Service - Patient Account Specialist

Responsibilities-

• Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and clients.
• Comply with HIPAA and State Consumer Protection Laws.
• Establish contact with consumers to discuss ability / willingness to pay to identify the appropriate repayment programs / options available to them.
• Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status and consumer's information into the FACS computer system, fill out accurate forms and update the clients system, if required.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives.
• Assist in building a positive team environment.
• Arrive punctual prior to the start of your scheduled shift; schedule time off in advance.
