QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Manager to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD . This position is contingent upon award .
Duties :
- Provide comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order.
- High-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing.
- Conduct manpower assessments; and provide regular status briefings to PM PNT management (weekly high-level, quarterly in-depth).
- Serve as the primary point of contact, interfacing government personnel, formulating feasibility studies, ensuring compliance, and directing contractor / subcontractor teams to achieve program objectives.

Work Environment :
This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse / maintenance shops, and / or field environments that include extended periods outdoors.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Total Compensation :
QED offers a competitive compensation package for full-time employees. Our total compensation package is value-based and negotiable depending upon the candidate’s specific skills and applicable relevant experience.
Benefits include :
Estimated Salary Range : $150,000.00 - $175,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
