You need to be highly motivated, self-driven and have a good combination of service management, technical and support skills, whilst being focused on continual improvement within the operation. You like to work in a fast-paced, global team with various seniority levels to support our objective of enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of our key functions and projects.

Responsibilities :

• Establish and drive an operational global service framework across all sites.
• Deliver and assign rack locations across all multi-cloud sites in the US.
• Work effectively with internal stakeholder teams.
• Raise power and cooling concerns with cloud service providers.
• Support incident management and engage in RCAs / CAPAs where required.
• Ensure robust change management practices are implemented.
• Quality assure builds and sign off on new sites.
• Contribute to expansion projects to ensure capacity is delivered, enabling revenue growth.
• Manage DRCC / Alloy customers and help enable capacity, owning the strategic data centre relationship.
• Help solve complex issues that arise for the first time in relation to Data Centre Operations and work effectively cross-functionally to deliver a successful outcome.
