Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are hiring a Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire position in Norman, OK. This role will provide oversight of a busy infusion pharmacy, managing staff, clean room operations, and distribution.

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

Lead pharmacy operations and supervise staff

Oversee IV admixture / IV therapy workflow

Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams

Handle recruitment, training, and performance reviews

Requirements :

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license

BS Pharmacy required (PharmD or MS preferred)

2+ years of IV admixture and IV therapy experience

1+ year in a leadership or management role
