Description
:The Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for partnering with Loan Operations management to create and monitor all department reporting needs. These responsibilities include SLA, KPI, exception and SBA related reporting requirements/needs. The Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for oversight and review of the ongoing SBA portfolio including reporting, audit of existing files, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also partner with the Special Assets team to assist with liquidation processing on SBA loans. The loan ops reporting analyst provides technical guidance and implements processes for continuous improvement relating to the SBA portfolio, and all other duties as assigned by the Director of Loan Operations.
