About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Dedicated Account Manager (AM) to join our team in Bedford, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with TCI’s dedicated fleet customers. You’ll ensure exceptional service delivery, identify opportunities for expansion, and build lasting partnerships with executive and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned dedicated fleet accounts, managing daily needs and long-term strategy.
Lead structured customer meetings with clear agendas, proactive issue resolution, and follow-up on next steps.
Monitor account performance metrics such as on-time performance, cost-per-mile, safety, and driver satisfaction.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to present results, highlight value, and identify growth opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, and Pricing teams to deliver service improvements and solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records of decision-makers, risks, opportunities, and account status.
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, including additional lanes, service lines, or contract extensions.
