LaSalle Network is hiring an HRIS Manager for our client, the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts, headquartered in Addison, IL. This role is critical to shaping how people, processes, and technology connect across a global organization. Reporting to the Group Vice President of People & Culture, you'll oversee the Ceridian Dayforce platform, partner with leaders across the business, and ensure the system supports a positive team member experience.

HRIS Manager Responsibilities :

• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to streamline, automate, and optimize workflows
• Develop and execute the HRIS project roadmap, setting priorities, deadlines, and resource plans
• Oversee HRIS integrations for newly acquired entities, including payroll, benefits, and timekeeping
• Support system enhancements and compliance with data security / privacy standards
• Collaborate with the HRIS Analyst to build processes, ensure data accuracy, and maintain controls
• Manage HR system integrations with enterprise platforms for smooth data flow
• Provide hands-on support in configuration, workflow creation, and system troubleshooting
• Leverage data to identify trends and deliver strategic recommendations
