Job Overview
Assists in solving HR related issues, ensuring adherence to policies and practices. Supports the analysis and evaluation of HR data. Create reports and provide findings to management to help improve employee experience. Supports the administration of total rewards practices including compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, and other related programs.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Engages with and responds to employees at various levels to provide support on various employee inquiries such as status changes, terminations, employee file maintenance, and PTO. Ensure employee information is up to date for payroll processing.
Works with management to assist in compensation programs including but not limited to annual merit process, bonus and incentive programs, benchmarking, job analysis, day-to-day base pay recommendations and salary survey participation.
Partners and collaborates with management and HR colleagues to support and solve tactical compensation matters. Provides requested information regarding compensation projects, programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
Ensures data in the HRIS system is accurate, updated and feeds appropriately to third party systems. Conducts periodic quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy. Works to become the point person for HR system related questions.
Supports HR Programs and processes by providing requested reporting and dashboards to help management identify solutions, opportunities, gaps, and inefficiencies within the HR functions.
Supports benefits administration including education, enrollment, and promotion of wellness campaigns. Coordinates enrollment in various benefit plans for existing and new employees.
Assists management with a wide variety of projects and initiatives within multiple areas in the HR function. Helps to identify system impacts and / or limitations of the projects.

Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources or Related Minimum
Experience :
5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Data Analysis, HR Technologies or Related Minimum 2+ years' experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Data Analysis, HR Technologies or Related Preferred
Experience In Lieu of Education :
4+ years' experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Data Analysis, HR Technologies or Related within a financial institution Minimum
License / Certifications / Training :
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred
