Job descriptionTroubleshoots questions and issues as they arise related to the HRIS system including but not limited to HR, Time, and Payroll. Routinely audits employee data to ensure accurate setup and compliance with HR system requirements. Creates and / or generates reports. Assists in reviewing HR system documentation to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and up to date. Collaborates with the HRIS team to manage system release notifications, complete system testing, and review configuration updates. Supports the HRIS team with system upgrades, enhancements, and new HR system implementations. Education : Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or General Studies is required; . preferably, in the last year of study. Experience : Enrolled in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Program. Experience in a business environment is preferred.
Overview
The HRIS Apprentice provides support for the company's Human Resources systems. The role assists the HRIS team primarily with system support, maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting / analytics, and training. The role may also assist with system configuration and enhancements, security, internal and external interfaces, and user testing.
