Senior HRIS Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support the iCIMS platform and lead the Workday recruiting implementation

Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and oversee system processes

Ensure data integrity and develop procedures for HR data management across systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical HR role

At least 1 year of HRIS administration and project management experience

Experience supporting iCIMS and Workday recruiting implementations

Demonstrated ability to transition from project management to technical system expertise
