•LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (ALL SHIFTS - FULL / PART-TIME AND CALL-IN)

Position Title : Licensed Practical Nurse

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Reports To : Clinical Nurse Manager or Designee

POSITION SUMMARY :

Provides nursing care to patients within scope of professional practice and license. Administers medications and treatments. Observes and reports any unusual happenings to Registered Nurse or Physician.

Starting Job Rate $26.81 / hour; after probation $29.79 / hour.

The posted wage is in accordance with the respective collective bargaining agreement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification / Licensure :

• Current State of Hawaii LPN licensure.
• Current BLS certification
• Annual completion of CPR and competencies requirements.
• Successful completion of the medication test within 3 weeks of the start of orientation.
