What You Will Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for Engineering, Product and other roles as needed from intake meeting to close
• Be a true execution partner to hiring managers : building role scorecards, aligning on sourcing profiles, and delivering qualified candidates
• Guide hands-on sourcing and prospecting efforts across platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, AmazingHiring, HireEZ and more
• Craft tailored outreach messages, build talent maps, talent insights and own top-of-funnel activity for hard-to-fill business-critical roles
• Use Lever (ATS) to maintain clean, data and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and funnel metrics
• Coordinate candidate touch points across multiple roles and locations

The hourly pay for this fixed-term contract role is between 64 USD to 75 USD per hour. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
