Director, Business Performance & Transformation
The Director, Business Performance & Transformation will partner with the executive team to drive initiatives that accelerate GlobalFoundries' long-term vision and organizational alignment. This role will focus on three key areas : (1) refining performance infrastructure, including monthly review processes, (2) leading strategic projects with an emphasis on organic growth, and (3) supporting M&A activities.

Drive key commercial excellence initiatives to unlock growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
M&A :
Lead programmatic M&A efforts in close collaboration with the Corporate Development team, focusing on maximizing value through strategic acquisitions.
Required Qualifications :
Expected Salary Range
$146,000.00 - $267,000.00
The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
