Job descriptionManage a mix of emergency room and urgent care (rapid care) cases Conduct same-day and next-day appointments, as well as walk-in visits Provide rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of acute conditions Deliver care to diverse patient populations, consistent with urgent care and ER protocols Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and workflow management Apply recent experience in both ER and urgent care settings to optimize patient outcomes Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Adhere to all relevant clinical and administrative policies Must have active California PA license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Recent ER and urgent care experience is essential Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Whether you need long term coverage for your practice, short term vacation coverage, or anything in between – you can trust Barton Associates to provide the flexible staffing solutions your organization needs to thrive.
