Job descriptionGraduation from an approved program in professional nursing(LPN). Current NYS LPN Licensure AHA BLS Certificate Minimum (1) years of LPN experience Hospital med-surg or nursing home experience preferred Assist with daily living activities and mobility. Administer medications and provide wound care. Develop and implement care plans, and check and record vital signs. Conduct health assessments and observe and report health changes. Educate patients and families on health conditions. Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage supplies and equipment.
