Currently due to the Pandemic our teams are working from home w ith company provided computer equipment. As a General Manager Hotline Team Member you will provide exceptional service on inbound phone calls and in emails to resolve questions from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts property employees, general managers and owners.
You are empowered to open cases with property feedback and photos provided by the property, including any communications between the hotel property and the guest to record property resolutions.
You will also assist the property with the creation of new cases when the guest has experienced a concern at the property .
You have the autonomy to consider and weigh cases to determine the best course of resolve. Reporting to a Customer Care Supervisor you will demonstrate your proven one to three years of customer service experience and apply your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Your established computer navigation skills including outlook email, Microsoft suite, and multitasking using various screens and applications will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
Your innate ability to foster positive relationships with customers and the practice of using strong reasoning and problem solving skills when making decisions are well recognized at Wyndham.
