Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products by ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet both internal and external requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining our commitment to quality.

You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise in APQP, PPAP, SPC, statistical analysis, IATF 16949, and Quality Control will be highly valued.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in each product production phase.
  • Utilize APQP, PPAP, SPC, and other quality tools to drive continuous improvements.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify and manage manufacturing process controls for overall quality improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other applicable industry quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and prevent product quality issues and to develop process improvements.
  • Carry out root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities or other quality failures.
  • Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in APQP, PPAP, SPC, statistical analysis, and IATF 16949.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential is a plus.
