\nRegistered Respiratory Therapist - (RRT)\n

\nStartDate : 11 / 30 / 2025 \nAvailable Shifts : 12 N \nPay Rate : $1976.43 - $2165.66 \n

\nDepartment : RT\n- # treatments per day : Typically first round is always the busiest - with inhalers. You can go from having 13 patients to start to 5 patients. Fluctuate staff depending on what those numbers do. You may move floors after first rounds. Vents 1 : 1-6. During Covid it was about 1 : 8.\n- Certs (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP?) RRT or is CRT acceptable? : Required NRP & ACLS. PALS is a bonus.\n- Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) : ICU is 15 beds. Do not keep neonates if they are high acuity. Vent and ship until transport arrives. Babies will stay on cpap. They do have a pediatric floor and they will use high flow NC.\n- What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.) : Inpatient - do not have to be a pro but able to navigate. The travelers do not have to go to outpatient or sleep. May become a preceptor.\n- Experience or 'Must have' skills : None at this time.\n- Job Duties (ie : Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.) : If you're assigned ER and ICU you will stay there for the day. The floors fluctuate. Do need to draw ABGs with EPOC - will do a competency for the EPOC. Will do EKG's when needed. No ART Lines. Charge RT goes to high risk deliveries.\n- Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist? : Will assist with intubation.\n- Respiratory Manager / Supervisor / Lead Therapist? : Mon- Fri there is a Manager. There is a charge / lead therapist for every shift of the day.\n- "Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?)

Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : RT-WY(Copy needed)

Certifications : RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References : 2 References in the last 12 months\n\n\n
