Salary :

$85k-100k base salary, bonus available

Overview :

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the full sales process in the US market, with a focus on bioanalysis, biomarkers, and translational sciences. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills, as well as frequent travel and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Schedule :

Standard working hours, up to 50% travel required

Responsibilities :

• Acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and guide prospects through the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Network within target industries to identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with service capabilities.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and prospect data using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at key industry conferences and trade shows to enhance visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies based on market and competitor analysis, and adapt to client needs.
